I'm confused about pronunciation of 'lives', Which one is correct? /laivS/ or /laivZ/ ?

It depends on the context. Lives, as in, cats have nine lives, is pronounced with the diphthong whereas "he lives in Spain" is pronounced with the monophthong.
Also, each pronunciation of of this word ends in voiced /z/ because in this context, /z/ assimilates with /v/ . I hope this helps!

laɪvz.... is a correct way to pounce (Lives )–
This word is the plural form of life
Example - Many people lost their lives in the blast.
Example- The daily lives of our citizens is extremely exhausting.

It is possible to say both, but liveZ is more common used, despite the spelling!
