Is a grammar mistake saying: "If we was together" or "If we was in a room together" or "If we was in a perfect world" and so on?

In standard English grammar, yes, this would be considered a mistake, since the word "was" does not work for plural pronouns. However, in certain groups of people, you may still hear these kinds of sentences even though they are "mistakes." It's a part of regional slang and vernacular.
