My translation;
Dimples
I would not want to see you like this, my dear
Your hair, snow white; your face is pale
Years; they have filled your dimples
But they did not touch your eyes, my dear
Alas, how come they didn't have pity towards you, my dear
Who made your worth-to-be-kissed hands tired
Pains made your dreams rot
But they did not touch your eyes, my dear
i hope this helps, take care!

maybe something like this:
Dimples
I would not want to see you such beloved
your snow white hair, pale face
Years filled your dimples
But have not touched your eyes
Poor you, how did they sacrifice you, beloved
who frazzled your worth to kiss hand
Pains corroded your dreams
But have not touched your eyes
P.S. Please excuse me if I mis-translated, this is my first translation experience (especialy for a poem).
