"I cant contain my curiosity " does it make sense?
for example, I want to say that I am so so curious that I will need to ask about something on the person's life. Can I say: "sorry, but I can't contain my curiosity...." or is this sentence just weird? heeelp hehe

a more polite way to say that would be....
I do not mean to be nosy, but may I ask you about........
or
I am very interested in knowing more about ............. if you do not mind my asking.
