"Your body must me in a good shape" => 몸 좋아 보이시네요.
몸 좋아보이시네요 is actually more like "You look good" or "You look healthy", but that's how people say it.
We also say "얼굴 좋아 보이시네요" (Your face look good) because the face reflects a person's health most accurately.
