Are there any differences between confliction and contradition?
Or they are interchangeble? They both mean "maodun" in Chinese.

"Therefore, resource risk refers to the contradiction (or conflict) between the finiteness of agriculture resources and infiniteness of social demand."
Does the sentence make sense? Or would you please advise any other version? Thank you! (*^__^*)

Confliction isn't actually a proper word (you might find it in some dictionaries, but no one says it). Perhaps you mean "conflict", which is a serious disagreement, or a fight.
Contradiction is a statement which opposes another statement, but not an argument.
If you still don't understand, let me know.

Confliction isn't a word :) Conflict is a word however.
There are lots of ways to use these words, but here are some:
Conflict means that two things are fighting, like in war.
A contradictions basically means the same as opposites. When something has a contradictions it has tow things that are opposite.
I hope this made sense!
