How do you say "escueto" in English?

Escueto can be understood as "short" in the sense of being "short on words" maybe. "Concise" is a good word for saying that something has been said clearly and in few words.
if a guy is "de pocas palabras" we may say he is "reserved" meaning that he chooses his words and does not say much. "Taciturn" means that they are quiet and perhaps a bit moody. "Curt" means that someone is speaking in an abrupt, overly concise way. It is a form of rudeness.

"Escueto" in English is short. But the use refers to "brief" not height or length. Este es un escueto resumen de algunos puntos.
