Health food refers to a type of food. (e.g., organic, low-fat, trans-fat free, no hormones, etc.)
Healthy food refers to the effect of food on your body. (good effect on your body, unlike sugar and sweets)
Health food should be healthy for your body, but sometimes health foods are a scam and they're not as healthy as the company advertises.
