You can also say "Oi!" when you are angry with somebody. "Hey" can be the same or "hey" can just be "Hi".

"Oi" in Britian is like saying "hey!" to get someone's attention.
"Oi vey" or "Oy vey" is Yiddish. It means something similar to "oh my goodness" or "oh my".
