what is the difference betweenand 부지런하다 and 성실하다?

Both are quite different
부지런하다: hard-working; diligent
a person who gets up early, doesn't waste time, and doesn't go lazy is called 부지런하다
성실하다: sincere; faithful
a person who is reliable, takes the job seriously, and gives his best all the time is called 성실하다.
