1. We need more context. Where did you hear this phrase? 2. It's a nonsensical lyric from Jennifer Lopez, and the meaning behind it is, "I don't really need your help; I'm independent". The floss is dental floss. "To floss" means to use dental floss.

I apologize, It appears that my edit did not take earlier. I agree that we need a little more on how " keep somebody iced" was used. Depending on the sentence would it effect how it is used. For instance. Early 1920s-1930s American Gangsters would use the term "Iced" for killing someone. For example: "We're going to put him on ice" or " Go ice him" You would tend to hear those phrases a lot in old American movies. Or a more modern take, In the Andrea 3000 song " Shake It" he says "what's cooler than cool? Ice Cold!" Which is just insinuating someone is a really interesting person. There are many ways to use the word iced.
