What does 화보찍었네 mean?

"화보찍었네" == 화보(를) 찍었네 => It looks like you had a promotional photoshoot.
The phrase has the subject omitted, but "you" is most likely, like "(It appears that) you ...", or "You seem to have ...".
-네 is an ending expressing a slight surprise (like a discovery) and expecting a confirmation from the other.
So it's not likely to use it about what one did oneself.
화보 means promotional photos of an entertainer, shot for posters, magazine inserts and other types of releases.
