Tittle tattle is gossip. Specifically tattling is often done by children to an adult when a peer wrongs them.

I can't find 'tittling' in any dictionary. A 'tittle' is a small amount of something and is also the dot above a lowercase i or j.

If tittling is a word, it's a very obscure one that is hardly ever used.
Tattling is when somebody with knowledge of a crime or misdeed reveals it to an authority. This term is typically used to talk about the high crimes of children. If Bobby writes on the wall with crayon and his sister Cindy tells their mother about what he did, we would say that Cindy is tattling on Bobby to their mother. Bobby gets punished and Cindy becomes known as the "tattler"or "tattle-tale" which is not as glamorous as it sounds because nobody likes a tattle-tale.
