How to say it more naturally 'The good weather brought us good mood'? I mean the good weather made us happy. Thanks!

You could say "the good weather made us happy." :-) You would also say "the good weather put us in a good mood." Or "the good weather put us in a good frame of mind." You can also use different words than "good." "The lovely weather put us in a good mood." "The warm weather put us in a good mood." Etc.

"brought us good mood" sounds a bit clunky to me. Here are some alternatives: - The good weather brightened our mood. - The fine weather lightened/cheered us up. - The sun made our day brighter.
