What's meaning of IST and EST about the time?
I received a Training invitation, details as below:
28th September 2016 – 12:00PM - 02:00PM IST, 2:30 PM -4.30 PM IST
29th September 2016- 12:00PM - 02:00PM IST, 2:30 PM -4.30 PM IST
Dear friends, please tell me what's meaning of IST, thank you very much!

I Googled, I think it's 'India Standard Time'.

Indian Standard Time is 9 hours and 30 minutes ahead of Eastern Time.
For example :
1:00 PM Monday, Indian Standard Time (IST) is
3:30 AM Monday, Eastern Time (ET)
Eastern Standard Time (EST) is 5 hours behind Coordinated Universal Time. This time zone is in use during standard time in: North America, Caribbean, Central America.
This time zone is often called Eastern Time Zone.
