Try to find some podcasts that have websites and transcripts. I have been thinking about making one, so keep in touch with me and maybe I will do it. You can also listen to talks on TED.com. You can download them as sound files, and there is also a transcript so you can read the text. However, based on your writing, I would say that you need to find material that is written specially for students. Podcasts for native speakers are not suitable for students at your level. You need something that you can understand without too much difficulty.

I am happy to check it for you if you send what you have written over in an atalki message. I am on Dutch time though and I have just got in from work, so it will need to be tomorrow.
