I'd like hear the rest of the sentence. "To tiz something up" means to decorate. To get into a tiz means "inquietarse o ponerse nervioso" The word tiz is quite informal and may not even be a real word... I'm not sure. But people do use it in Australia.

I think it's a spoken version of "I'll tease" (you know, in the same way as American "coz" for English "'cause"), that is: I'll playfully provoke (someone or something) just in order to have fun, nothing serious/offensive usually. Hey there, native speakers, what do you think?
