Wow! It's not often that an italki question teaches me a new expression in my own language! :-P
Willow, have you ever heard of "Urban Dictionary"? It's a very large online dictionary of slang and swearing and it might help for terms like this. Just be careful: Urban Dictionary is a wiki and there's a LOT of garbage on there (such as the first definition of "basic bitch" in the link below. You have to scroll down a bit to find the correct definition).

Never use Urban Dictionary to "browse" through their list of slang expressions. As I said, most of the entries are total garbage. However, it's useful for LOOKING UP things from time to time.

Haha! I love that I get to answer this question.
A basic bitch is someone with basic interests. She likes boring common things, has no ideas in her head, and has no need for adventure. She just follows trends and celebrities and says what everyone else says like its the smartest thing in the world. If you don't want to use the word bitch you can just say that someone is basic!
Don't be basic! Keep studying English.

You refer to a woman as "A basic b*tch" when you are calling them stupid. If I say that someone is basic it means that they aren't very smart.
I hope that helps! :)
