1. The worker's passport will soon expire. - Masa berlaku paspor pekerja (itu) akan segera habis. or , Paspor pekerja itu akan segera kedaluwarsa.
the right spelling is "kedaluwarsa"
2, We took the worker's passport and applied for a new one. - Kamu telah mengambil paspor pekerja (itu) dan mengajukan yang baru.
3. The worker takes good care of the patient. - (Si) Pekerja merawat baik pasien (itu).

*kadaluarsa is more preferable for consummable goods like food and drinks

Kami telah mengambil paspor pekerja itu dan (telah) mengajukan paspor yang baru
*should be 'applied' instead of 'apply'
3. The worker takes good care of the patient.
Pekerja itu memperhatikan/ menjaga/ merawat dengan baik pasien itu.
memperhatikan = to look/ view at
menjaga = to guard/ keep
merawat = to take care (esp. for the sick); to maintain (machine, plant, pet, etc.)
