Is it correct: "I also like reading books, as a developer, mostly technical books, and there are some books are classic novels."
Hi there, I'm writing something about myself, I'm a software developer, I want to say that I like reading books, mostly about programming computer software, and I also like reading novels.
Thank you so much!

Your second way is much better, why not say that?
A more natural way would be "I like reading books. As a developer, most of the books I read are technical books, but I also read some classics and novels"
