What does "Smokin" mean?
I have an example "From Smoker to Smokin"

Smokin' is slang for sexy, it comes from the word hot also being used for sexy. Smoking hot = smokin'. Your example "from smoker to smokin'"- smoking cigarettes is considered unattractive, at least in America, so whoever wrote it probably meant that someone quit smoking cigarettes and became healthier and therefore sexier, or smokin. :)
