¡Hola Marsha!
"¡Que guay!" es igual a "Que cool", "que bueno", "que chevere" (en Venezuela), "que chulo (en España)"

Es una expresión que usan los mexicanos y seria equivalente a: ¡genial! o ¡fantastico!
