why Guangzhou called Guangzohu but Guangzhou speaking native anguage called Cantonese?

Romanization of Chinese words hasn't always been uniform. Guangzhou was traditionally romanized as "Canton". https://www.britannica.com/place/Guangzhou The word "Cantonese" stems from this romanization.
