Significa que están llegando a una la sima comercial, son empresas con grandes capacidades para tener éxito "tiene repunte" e industrias sin chimeneas son aquellas que no hacen daño al medio ambiente

"Que tienen repunte" = se refiere a áreas de la economía que vuelven a crecer.
"Industria sin chimenea" = se refiere a aquellas que no contaminan, como el turismo. También llamados "negocios verdes".
