What is the meaning of "くるくる" ? What is the meaning of "くるくる" in the following sentence? みんなそろってる。くるくる、おけ、ロープ…… According to dictionary, くるくる is an adverb which means "whirling;  revolving;  spinning;  going round and round" Can it mean "pulley" as a noun?

”みんなそろってる。くるくる、おけ、ロープ……” ↑Is this full sentence? I think this sentence doesn't make sense as Japanese.
