OR
do I have to say :
- With the increase in globalization, it has become easier for people from undeveloped and developing countries to acquire better education..

Both versions are absolutely fine.

Use the latter since you intend to show the correlation of globalization and the increase access to better education. The first one gives the impression that globalization is a fixed state; it is not,
