How do you call the time in the noon? 12 p.m.?
And how do you call the time in the middle of night? 12 a.m.?

Yes. 12pm is noon and 12am is midnight. Note that I omitted the full-stop characters marking the abbreviations. Since they are such common abbreviations, many people do.

9am, 10am, 11am... BUT 12pm, 1pm, 2pm...
