"darf's" is short for?
"Was darf's sein?"
I know it means "What are you going to have/eat/buy?" or "What would you like to have/eat/buy? "
But I'm wondering what is "darf's" here short for?

The " 's " means "es", so the full sentence would be "Was darf es sein?".
