Got it ? /Did you get it?
I need an alternative to ,do you understand?
Should I say:

Got it?
Or both?
Thanks

You can use: 'Do you got it?'
But 'Do you get menu order?' is appropriate too.

You should choose one or the other. Saying both would sound a little strange because they are basically the same sentence. Do you get it? Get it?/ Got it? /Make sense? / Does that make sense? You could say the latter for reiteration because they are different sentences.

Did you get it? More formal.

I use both. The first one is more proper than the second one. The second one is more casual and I would not use it in a professional setting.
