Hi Kim, I assume you are asking us to correct your phrase, but it would be great to have more context.
¿Tiene alguna pregunta? ... If you are addressing your listener formally, or (a more unlikely context) if you are asking someone if a third person as any questions.
¿Alguna pregunta? ... If you are addressing the listener/s informally.
¿Tienen alguna pregunta? ... If you are addressing a group or asking someone if a group has any questions.
In all cases "alguna pregunta" should be singular, but implies that there may be many. Using the plural would imply a made up context where you are only interested on a yes/no answer to the case where the number of questions is two or more.
My answer is based on Castilian Spanish, varieties from South America and Andalucia may have other usages.
