I received this message and I don't undestand it.
When I use google, tranlate as: Estás caliente
But, I think it's a wrong, That translation is offensive in spanish

En este caso Hot significa mas sexy o atractivo que caliente de temperatura.
in this case the meaning of hot is more like "sexy" or "attractive"
Eres muy atractivo.
Estas muy bueno.
Eres muy sexy.
