오늘은 학교 첫번째 날이었어요, 그런데 제가 내일부터 가기 시작을거이에요. Is it correct? If I want to say 'Today was the first day of school, but I will start going from tomorrow.' , can I say that? If not, how can I express that I will start going the next day?

오늘은 학교 첫째 날이에요 하지만 저는 내일부터 갈거에요 today is the first day of school but I will go there from tmr. I don't think it's natural to use past tense with 'today' so i changed little bit and it is not necessary to use 'start' going so i got rid of 'start'.
