Which of these two sentences sound more natural? 1- I see myself being an academic teacher in 10 years from now. 2- I see myself as an academic teacher in 10 years from now.

Neither are natural. "I see myself as a teacher in ten years" This is more natural for a native speaker. There are other ways to say it too.
