Is there a term for hotel maids, cashiers, janitors, custodians kind of staffs who might be paid with a minimum wage in a lot of companies?

Hourly staff or blue collar workers. This is a U.S. answer.

Staff would work in most situations. However, this term may also apply to all employees in corporations and other companies.
