Do you say "Bir sey degil" or "rica ederim"

Technically same meaning. But you should know that Turkish has a strong T-V distinction.
"rica ederim" is more courteous, formal and can be used by both T and V in T-V distinction .
"Bir şey değil" is only used by T in informal language.

Both are same but "rica ederim" more kind than "birsey degil" :)

Hello,
They are both reply sentences when someone says thank you. Both are okay to use. We'd prefer rica ederim when we are replying formally (though bir şey değil would not be rude to use). It is perfectly okay to say rica ederim to a close friend as well.
I hope this helps.
