What is soft copy meanning?
I got a email from mu previous work. In the mail, I couldn't understand a ward "soft copy". If someone explain what it is, It would be very pleaser. Please see the below email.
Not a problem at all! I have CC”ed our Payroll team that will be able to send you a soft copy J.

Hey Jihye!
A 'soft copy' is an unprinted digital document (a .pdf, a .doc file, etc.). You can receive a soft copy of your recommendation letter by email, for example, but if they print it and send it to you by post, it will be a 'hard copy' - an actual piece of paper.

I'm quite sure it will mean something in PDF or word document. An electronic attachment most likely.
