Does it change the meaning of the word?
공감되다 and 공감하다
It means "Relate to someone/something"
나 네 상황이 공감한다 = I can relate to you
but I have seen people saying "너무 공감돼"
Is there any difference between 공감되다 and 공감하다?

공감하다 means "to feel something the same way( with someone )"
공감되다 means "to be felt the same way ( with someone)"
공감되다 is passive and intransitive verb
공감하다 is active and transitive verb. It requires an object.
나 네 상황이 공감한다(X) - There is no object.
나 네 상황을 공감한다(O)
나 네 상황이 공감된다(O)
(그것이) 너무 공감돼(O)
(그것을) 너무 공감해(O)
