Selam Arnel,
you can either use "selam" or "merhaba" in Turkish to say "Hello" but these two words come from Arabic indeed.
How are you ? -> The formal question : Nasılsınız?
The informal question: Nasılsın?
See you : Görüşürüz
Thanks: Teşekkürler
I am fine : iyiyim
I hope these ones help a bit. There is a very useful page for Turkish - English translation. You can use
http://www.seslisozluk.com in which you can also hear the pronounciation of the words.
cheers.
