Incoming Tuesday=next Tuesday ?? I am wondering if I can say " I will arrive Taipei incoming Tuesday, April 18th. " I want to strong express that is "incoming", time is really close. that's why I don't want to use "next", but I am not sure if I can use it like that. Any advise will be appreciated. Thank you very much in advance.

"Upcoming" is what I would use here: - I will arrive in Taipei this upcoming Tuesday, April 18th. Will the arrangements for my stay be ready by the day after tomorrow?

'incoming' is incorrect here. You could say 'I will arrive in Taipei this coming Tuesday, April 18th.' However: 'I will arrive Tuesday, April 18th' is more natural. This close there is no need to add the 'this'. If you really want to stress how close your arrival is, why not say 'I will arrive in two days, Tuesday April 18th)'.
