"HOW IS YOUR DAY GOING ON?"
Literally, it translates to 오늘 어떻게 돼 가세요?" or "오늘 어떠세요?", but we don't say such phrases much as a greeting.
Only if there is something special taking place on the particular day that the two people are aware of, they might say such phrases or 오늘 잘돼 가세요? (Is everything going well today?) to mean "Is everything going all right?". But it would be more of a real question than a greeting, and we are likely to ask it more specifically mentioning some details.
