what does the prefix ها mean in arabic?

We use it for EX with أنت أنا أنت
ها أنت ذا = there you are
ها أنا ذا = here I'm
or it may also mean
ها قد جئت : finally you came

I think you should write an example. However, I think I understood your question. You mean هـ on some dialect it used as a prefix for future tense. Originally this prefix should be س which is a short cut for سوف will.
for example
سوف اذهب
ساذهب
both have same meaning, I will go.
On my dialect we use ح.
