ปกติแล้วไม่มีข้อแตกต่างครับ :)
แต่บางครั้ง"ปีก่อน"อาจมีความหมายไม่เฉพาะเจาะจง คือ อาจหมายถึงปีที่แล้ว สองปีที่แล้ว หรือหลายปีที่แล้ว
