What does this phrase mean?

As a native English speaker, I would give you a very strange look if you said that!
Apparently, it means "let us depart this place", and refers to starting a Harley Davidson motorbike (nicknamed "a hog").
It's certainly not a common phrase, though I can understand why some people might like it.
