What is a "mesa camilla"?
I was listening to this short DELE A1 passage and it was about a person's bedroom. I couldn't figure out what a "mesa camilla" is.
The dictionary says it's a stretcher... which I doubt. It looked like a coffee table when I googled it. So what is it? Is it a coffee table or like a futon?
Thanks in advance!

Hi Alan, a "mesa camilla" is a table usually in a round shape and with a kind of pan in the base to keep coals and heat. A mesa camilla is covered with a kind of blanket to keep the heat.
