Hope. This is because wish is usually used for things that we think will not actually happen.

Hi Smile,
It is better to use 'hope' here because this is something realistic.
'Wish' is used to show unrealistic desires.
They also use different structures.
I hope + subject + present simple
I wish + subject + past simple/past perfect
So the best thing to say is:
I hope you have a successful career in the future.
