To flunk out means to be kicked out of a school/college, etc. because you have failed your courses.

To me this is saying, "No matter what I do, I will not pass my class or classes"

"Flunking" meaning to fail if it's in the context that I feel like it is, for example "I'm probably gonna flunk my classes this year".
