How do you say in Hebrew co-worker/colleague/workmate? feminine and masculine form.

I would use the Latin term קולגה (plural- קולגות) for both genders,
or חבר לעבודה.

there isn't really a single word for co-worker in hebrew
you would say a guy that i'm working with
or i'm working with him/her
מישהו/מישהי שעובד/ת איתי
או
אני עובד איתה\איתו
you can also say we work together - אנחנו עובדים ביחד
