طين = mud تين =fig both could spelled same but ط spelled something ت another spell

Wa Alaikum Assalam. I don't know what was the video you were watching but obviously whoever was talking pronounced it wrong. The word تين which means (Fig) has only one pronunciation which sounds like the English word (Teen.) . I hope that was helpful for you.
