What does 일탈해 mean?

Unfortunately, "요즘 일탈해?" is an obsolete expression in the Korean language.
Usually, "일탈" means a deviation from rules, morals and so on.
I have never heard of the expression "요즘 일탈해?" even in the North Korea, I think.
