What does "Ich bin Dir verfallen. Ich weiss nicht weiso, aber ich habe welche." mean in German?

Das würde ich als "I have fallen for you. I don't know how, but I have" verstehen.

The term "Ich bin dir verfallen" means, to really like someone. You can't think of a different person.
You are kind of addicted to him. The rest is like "I don't know why, but I have some."
Probably, the person talks about "feelings".

Ich weiss nicht wieso, I dont know why
aber ich habe welche BUT I HAVE SOME ... this last part doesnt make any sense,please recheck !
